Our office team
Each member of our team is focussed on matching the best candidates and clients. We all hold or are working towards childcare or recruitment qualifications. We meet our candidates and clients face to face. We celebrate success, we earn bonus, and we work family friendly flexible hours.
Our nursery temps
We pay great rates - always above minimum wage. We pay holiday pay and contribute to temp pensions. We offer free safeguarding training, and in 2019 we're hoping to expand that.
We pay our suppliers on or before payment terms. Why? Because it's the right thing to do.
Our environmental footprint is small
Since setting up in 2005 we've always used recycled products. From our photocopy paper to our pens and promotional material - it's always been recycled paper or plastic.
In 2011 we went a step further and switched to non-bleached copy paper - which is why it's not quite white.
In 2017 we bought air source heat pumps for our office - reducing our electricity use on heating by about 50%.
I always find the staff polite, friendly and helpful even when speaking to someone who does not coordinate my area.
