Bretsa was set up in 2005 concentrating just on nurseries and schools. Over the years since we have concentrated on keeping things simple, straight forward and ethical.

We have always believed that recruitment should be easy and as pain-free as possible. Our office is split by geography so you have 1 main point of contact to keep workers near clients. We’re open when you need us – weekdays from 7am to 6pm. Our IT works for you – easy to use and friendly.

Our office team hold or are working toward professional recruitment qualifications, meet clients and nursery workers regularly, earn monthly bonus, celebrate success, and work flexible hours.
Our nursery workers are paid great rates (above minimum wage), get holiday pay, pension contributions and free safeguarding training and updates. Our suppliers are paid on or before terms – because it’s the right thing to do.
Our environmental footprint is kept to a minimum by using recycled products wherever possible and carbon offsetting our activities.
