Bretsa Early Years Recruitment is a leading supplier of nursery staff based in Woolwich, south east London.
We're looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to work on our East London temporary nursery desk supplying sickness and holiday cover staff to nurseries and schools.
The role is busy and diverse and you'll be working as part of an 10 strong team. A typical week is 40 hours per week in a shift system (7am-4pm or 9am-6pm) and will involve:
+ building relationships and servicing client nurseries and schools with their day to day and on-going requests;
+ advertising for, interviewing and background checking great new nursery staff;
+ actively winning new clients by telephone and face to face sales meetings.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, tenacious, a confident and clear speaker. You should also be able to manage your own time and work independently to targets.
Your background could be in recruitment or sales, childcare or teaching – we’re particularly keen to talk to nursery managers looking for a new challenge!
We're also happy to speak to people without experience for our Apprentice programme.
You'll get support and on-going training on our systems, our processes and our approach to recruitment and client development.
