The role is busy and diverse and you'll be supporting a senior consultant to find and clear candidates for our clients across London.
A typical week is 40 hours per week working 7am-4pm and will involve:
+ advertising for, interviewing and background checking great new nursery staff;
+ building relationships and servicing client nurseries and schools with their day to day and on-going requests;
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, tenacious, a confident and a clear speaker. You should also be able to manage your own time and be well organised.
You'll get support and on-going training on our systems, our processes and our approach to recruitment and client development.
In addition to your normal pay you'll get monthly incentives and bonus based on the work you do and the results you get.
You'll be training towards the NVQ Level 2 in Recruitment and you'll get regular training and time out to for class and study time.
