Bretsa Early Years are looking for Level 3 early years practitioners to work on a temporary basis with children from 0-5 years in and around Peckham.
We are looking for proactive, adaptable and hard working individuals who have a strong interest in childcare to help us provide the highest quality staff cover to early years settings in areas local to you!

As a temporary early years practitioner, you will be working at different nurseries, covering in the event of staff holiday, sickness or general absence. For this reason, applicants for this position must understand the importance of their role in an early years setting and their responsibilities in terms of delivering activities to the children in line with the EYFS, safeguarding children and health and safety in the workplace.
As a Level 3 nursery practitioner registering with Bretsa for temporary work you must:
- Present your original Level 3 certificate in Children's Care, Learning and Development or equivalent
- Have good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), safeguarding children and ratios
- Be able to provide references to cover the last 5 years of your career history
- Understand the importance of Confidentiality
All applicants will be interviewed face to face and be reference checked. This position requires workers to present an up to date Enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo a new check with Bretsa.
