We are currently recruiting for a qualified, passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioners for a nursery based in Brockley.
The annual salary for Early Years Practitioner is £17,100 and for a Senior Practitioner £19,100
This is full time position based on 38.75 hours a week Monday-Friday

The Early Years Practitioner Criteria:
- NNEB, CACHE NVQ level 3, or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
- A sense of responsibility
- Creative ideas for activities
- An interest in child development
- An awareness of child safety issues
- The ability to work in a team
- It is essential that you have a natural flare for showing enthusiasm in guiding children in achieving the Early Learning Goals, through observing, assessing and planning activities
Senior Practitioner Criteria:
- NNEB, CACHE NVQ level 3, or equivalent
- Attitude and willingness to work effectively with others
- Leadership skills in delegation and organisational skills
- Skills in communicating with a variety of people; colleagues, outer agencies, children and families
- Knowledge within the Statutory Early Years Foundation Framework and be able to show this in planning for babies and young children
- The Ability to ensure that policies and procedures and the nursery daily routine runs smoothly and is adhered too
- A love and passion to want to change an atmosphere that is constantly developing
This position requires the individual to be willing to undergo a check with the disclosure and baring service (DBS) (formerly CRB)
